Modes of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, cash on delivery, iBanking, and ATM transfer, PayLah!, PayNow. Simply choose any of these options during checkout and we will send you an invoice with payment instructions.

Mode of Delivery

We want your experience with us to be as hassle-free as possible! For just SGD$3 or more, opting for Cash on Delivery on your part would entail a scheduled meet-up with our team, who would deliver extra sizes and colours of the product of your choice, right to your doorstep. At the end of it all, you’d be able to walk away with just what you like.

Sizing 

We provide specific measurements for the ones who are all about the details. Otherwise, check out our size guides here to decide which size fits you best! We recommend that you take our models' measurements into account as well.

Order or Product-related Issues

If you have encountered any of these problems - wrong item(s) received, defective item(s), or invoice error(s) - we'd want to sort them out right away. Simply drop us an email at lobornsg@gmail.com with your order number, product received and a photograph of the defect (if any), and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Do note that all order and product related issues have to be brought up to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, we're still working on that. Do keep your eyes peeled for more updates!

Can I make changes to my order after it is confirmed?

Yes, we're all for flexibility. However, be sure to let us know about any changes within 24 hours of your purchase.
